STORE POLICIES

Thank you for proudly reppin’ Harmonious Balance!  In appreciation for your support, we endeavor to keep prices as low as possible with most of our prices falling below their suggested retail price. We also want you to have a great online shopping experience.  With that in mind, our policies to ensure customer satisfaction and fairness are outlined below:

• Order cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing your order.  After 24 hours, orders begin the fulfillment process.  Cancellation requests should be emailed, with Cancel Order #... in the subject line, to

• We provide free shipping within the United States, though there could be periodic exceptions. International shipping is available for most products.  However, availability varies by product and country.  Shipping rates also vary by country and/or region.
• While we endeavor to provide quality products, it is inevitable that mistakes will be made from time to time. Refunds and/or reprints will be granted if you receive the wrong order, damaged items, defective items and/or items with printing/manufacturing errors (outside of the allowable 0.5” printing placement tolerance). Please submit a Reprint/Refund Request with clear photos or video of the issue, within 5 days of receiving your order.  You will receive an initial response to your request within 48 hours, not including weekends and holidays.
• If you encounter any problems accessing or downloading any digital products, please submit a Digital Product Issue Notification and we will troubleshoot the problem.  Again you will receive an initial response to your notification within 48 hours, not including weekends and holidays.
